Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Here's how cancellations and rescheduling work for your consultation booking: Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session. Simply contact our team or use the link in your confirmation email to select a new time. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify us in advance, your consultation fee will be forfeited and the session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your session, we may need to shorten or reschedule your consultation depending on availability. Please notify us as early as possible if you're running behind. Fee Credit Toward Services If you proceed with any NCR Group service following your consultation, your consultation fee will be fully credited toward your service cost — regardless of any rescheduling that may have occurred beforehand.
